So i can do pictures now - great! i guess inserting vdo is a similar exercise...let's have a go with something off of the ubiquitos Youtube.com...
...had to cancel that last attempt as i started to send emails to 'someone' (i think?) ?? Messages were going to someone/thing anyway - i think i created some sort of loop with 'internet explorer' icon on my desktop. Can you only embed vdo if you download to your own PC 1st??? Doesn't seem right.
